案例详情：
江凯承诺A公司，可以依据规格提供某个化工原料药或中间体，之后双方签订采购合约，中瑞希康方面发货，并出具检测报告。
A公司收到货之后检测发现产品不对，反馈给中瑞希康江凯，江凯回复为产品发错，并承诺给与退款，但因为产品并非中瑞希康生产，所以要等他的供应商退款给他之后再退还给A公司，并说中瑞希康财务一般是每月月中才给退款，让A方等待。
等到月中，款项并未如约退回。打江凯电话15622071665无人接听。打网上公司座机027-59257948无人接听，打网上另一部手机18171205253，直接挂断。
其他：就目前所知，至少有3家公司反应了类似经历，说辞相似，产品不同。

Case details:
Jiang Kai promised Company A that it can provide certain chemical raw materials or intermediates according to the specifications. After that, both parties signed a procurement contract, and Zonvsicom delivered the goods and issued a test report. After receiving the goods, Company A found that the product was wrong, and gave feedback to Jiang Kai. Jiang Kai replied that the product was wrong and promised to give a refund, but because the product is not produced by Zonvsicom, he has to wait for his supplier to retreat. After the money was given to him, he would returned to Company A, and said that Zonvsicom Finance generally gave a refund in the middle of every month, so Party A had to waited. By the middle of the month, the money has not been refunded as scheduled. Neither Jiang Kai’s mobile 15622271065 or the landline 027-59257948 on Zonvsicom’s official website is answered. When trying to call another mobile on the website 18171205253, directly hang up.
Others: As far as we know, at least three companies have responded to similar experiences, with similar excuses but different products.
